Returning student registration packets will go home on Monday, April 1, 2019, and are due back by Tuesday, April 30, 2019, for the 2019-2020 school year. If you do not return your student registration packet you will need to bring it in during our summer registration dates listed below.

New Student Registration
Parents/guardians will register students at the school site that they will be attending. New student registration packets are available in the front office. We require the following documentation:
- Original birth certificate
- Immunization records
- Withdrawal form
- Proof of residential address
Children who are between the ages of 2.9 months and 21 may be eligible for placement into a special education program through a process of screening, referral, evaluation, and as appropriate, identification and placement. If your child is at least 2.9 months of age, you can contact the preschool director at (520) 822.9418 for more information. All other students must be three or four by September 1.
Arizona Revised Statues states…”a child is eligible for admission to kindergarten if the child is five years of age. A child is deemed five years of age if the child reaches the age of five before September 1st of the current school year.” If your child meets the age requirement, you may enroll your child for the school year. To enroll in kindergarten, you must have the original birth certificate, documentation on custodial issues (if appropriate), and the child’s immunization records.
If your child is new to our district, you must have their birth certificate, immunization records, documentation on custodial issues (if appropriate), and a withdrawal slip from their former school.
If your child is a returning student, his/her registration information must be completed and returned to the appropriate school. We will not allow students who have not returned their registration information to ride the bus on the first day of school. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to register. If the original registration packet has been lost, please pick up a duplicate packet from the district administration office.
